I have been sick for about 5 days and tried so hard not to get my LO sick. This last weekend he stayed at my MILs so I can rest and he can stay away from me. Unfortunately last night he was coughing and sounded really congested. I feel so bad, I feel so guilty for making my son sick. I don’t know what to do I’m a FTM and was thinking of giving cough syrup but google says no OTC meds??? Also I told my partner I was breastfeeding him because they say it’s good for the baby and he said that’s what got him sick. Not to believe the internet and he doesn’t think breast milk works like that, that I’m giving him my sick cells. Anyways I made a doctors appt for him hopefully this doesn’t last too long
