Does anyone else know Ren Supitan? I'm beyond frustrated with the way he's been acting in the office lately. He's created a toxic environment, and it's gotten to the point where people are just fed up. Many employees left his previous company because of his arrogant attitude, and now, despite his reputation, he's been rehired by the new admin for some reason.
Since his return, there have been a lot of troubling stories circulating. It's only been a month, and already, we're dealing with his disruptive behavior. He's acting like it's still 2015, as if the workload hasn't changed, and seems completely out of touch with the realities of the team. His attitude is making it incredibly difficult for anyone to feel comfortable or supported in their work environment.
I really hope the new admin rethinks this decision. Ren's behavior is just making everything worse. Has anyone else been affected by his actions? I'm hoping this thread can bring some awareness to the situation so something can be done about it.
