I opened this tfsa this year & am very new to investing. I’ve been learning a little but still feel like maybe I’m doing something wrong. Do these look okay?
I do have another tfsa - managed, that I first opened after I became a FT (full time) employee at my job beginning of last year.
Any feedback or advice is appreciated.
Has anyone - who applied under non EE, been exempt from the medical exam under this policy? I last did my IME in mid July 2021 when I had to renew my student visa and submitted my PR application in Dec 2025. I have been in Canada since 2022 after covid break. I’ve read the criteria & feel like I might be eligible for exemption since I applied before it hit the 5year mark of expiry but not quite sure on it.

I recently started using Hevy & was playing around with the trainer to see what it’s like. I noticed that in the section where it asks what muscles you want to target, you can only pick one and not multiple. Is there a reason why? After generating a workout, is there a way for me to get trainer to create a second workout program for a different muscle target without deleting the first one? I’m sort of lost on how to generate several workouts using trainer.
I've never had a blood clot this big, the size of a thumb. Is this normal?
I had my first unprotected sex on the 29th and took Plan B the next morning [My bf & I always make sure to use a condom other times; this was a first]. I ended up doing unprotected sex on the 1st and took Plan B that day [never doing it again; I learned my lesson from the stress!]. We did pull out, so he did not finish in me. My period was supposed to start on the 1st, but it was late and started this morning. I've had blood clots before, but never this big. Is this normal or can this be caused by Plan B..? It's like the size of a thumb or pinky finger.
I’ve applied for PR under skilled worker PNP and waiting for AOR. I applied to IRCC in December last year and haven’t heard anything yet. My WP expires in July and I’m worried I won’t get AOR on time to extend it. My employer mentioned they’d apply to extend a month before expiry. What’re my options here? any advice is appreciated!
