I’ve been on an interim RA while my accommodation request has been under review. My manager essentially denied my request for telework related to a medical condition, stating that they do not have the authority to approve telework or the RA because senior management will not allow it.
I submitted an appeal through my RAC and am currently waiting to hear back. Does anyone know how long the appeal process usually takes?

In the meantime, my manager has said they do not plan to renew my interim accommodation and that I will be required to return to the office even though my appeal is still pending.
Would filing an EEO complaint help in this situation? I’m feeling stuck and unsure of what steps to take next.
