A couple months ago, I had to delete minecraft for another game (I can't remember what)

I'm on xbox btw

When I redownloaded it all my worlds from a couple months ago and onward didn't work, and my xbox said there was no more space available for it. 2 years prior, in 2023 I upgraded from an xbox one to an Xbox series X 1T, I have enough space for anything at this point. The annoying thing is that I've had the game since 2017, when it came out and all my worlds from then are gone.

I tried to fix this an hour ago but it's just reset everything and I'm now at zero worlds.

Can anyone help? I really want my worlds back.
