Why is it that when I try to create an account on Facebook, it always gives an error after completing the landing page of info on creating an account, every single time.

I have tried on different browsers and the error is still the same: An error has occurred. Try again.

I switched the institutional email for a personal one and it went through first time. But I need it to be associated with the business one.

Is there any restrictions I am missing regarding personal accounts but for businesses?

Important notes:
- It is for a business, therefore the email is an institutional one.
- I do use normal names for the account creation info
