you cant demand them to give you their truth, provide an explanation, tell you all the things you want to hear. maybe they will, but how can you trust they are telling their truth?

because they avoid it.

you wont get an answer from an avoidant. you can ruminate all you want trying to figure them out. you can come up with an answer closest to the truth, maybe that could be your closure, but its still not the whole picture.

the only real antidote is to accept the reality of who they are and the damage they’ve done, distance yourself, and move on. that’s the only way you can have peace.

please dont lose yourself. you are strong and you are capable of so much love and you deserve the world. give it to yourself now.
