I picked up a rider and he wanted a ride an hour away, to the airport. I was very busy that day, and I usually charge when it gets halfway point, but I just completed a long drive and picked him up as I was heading to the superchargers. I didn't have enough charge in my Tesla at that time to go that far, but I'm not able to find out where I'm going until I accept the drive and once I pick them up it shows me the drop off location. Is there something I'm missing? I understand they want us to work hard to get to the next tier, where we will see more information, but I feel this is a horrible way to go. I'm still quite green with this delivery job, what am I missing? Thank you for your time.
