First try ever with copper damascus
First time using a copper guard or a stacked leather handle too…I think it turned out pretty good considering. Purple Heart wood pommel and black industrial plastic spacers. I had never melted copper before so I took a fire brick and hollowed out a divot in the rough shape of the guard, tossed it in the forge and just kept feeding copper pipe over the hole. Tapped it with a ball peen hammer for the distressed look. 100% willing to sell
