Returning player. Who do I need to get/build?
Basically the title. I came back to the game cus of a friend and I've been pulling for some of the recent characters. Who should I be saving for based on who I currently own? And who should I prioritize building for right now? Currently I think my plan is to at least get Phrolova for my Qiuyuan because I like their designs a lot and want to be able to actually use him.
