Hi! I simply can't get ahold of the archive I need to get my final piece of paperwork. Does anyone have advice? Below is the email I have sent (not including many follow-ups), along with every email address I have tried, just to get someone to reply. I am so frustrated. If anyone has any advice, I will gladly take it.
