Geek Tech aka Gu Tech Solutions
Let me have my take.
I am a former employee of Geek Tech. I worked there for 2.5 months before 1.5 years when I was desperate and early into .y developer journey. The CEO Subash Aryal is a retard person just seeking some authority. He forces everyone to log every minute into the google sheets because he only knows how to read sheets other than that he is a top tier stupid person.
He used to scold and give pressure to us everyday. He also made one of my friends cry and mentally drained him everyday. He called us pigs and also made us clean the room and sweep the floor too. One day, I took a leave because I had a fever and he told me I should inform him about leave 3 days prior.
What is even more unacceptable is that my first month salary was never paid. After speaking with several former employees, I realized this was a recurring scam. He told me that I would get my first month salary only if I serve my 3 month notice period and leave the company on a good term. So, I only got paid 1 month of salary minus 2 days of leave after working there for 2.5 months.
He forced us to make a tablet app using react native, make UI/UX design using figma and also write backend. Basically all works to be done by one person.
The website https://thegtspl.com/ is also made by one of my colleague. And he hasn't paid a penny to him either. Even after the website was made it didn't go live because he is pretty stupid and doesn't know how to host a website.We did that for him.
Subash Aryal only knows how to force authority and mentally exhaust aspiring developers who are just starting their journey and are vulnerable to the market. He manipulates innocent newcomers who recently graduated.
I left the company after 2.5 months. So, I didn't care a lot about him and his company (Geek Tech). But now he is doing too much. He is still looking for newcomers to exploit them. We as a tech community must raise our voices against such people like Subhash Aryal.
