Semi breakthrough last night

So last night when I was reading through this forum, I came across a comment talking about reverse kegels. It explained that I had to really clench my glutes and twist my feet outwards if I were standing up. I tried this while touching myself and magically could feel my pelvic floor not be so tensed up. It felt like I’d be able to last much longer. Before, every tiny bit of stimulus caused me to really tighten up which resulted in finishing in less than 10s with PIV sex, but maybe if I try this I’ll last longer.

Does anyone have any tips for how to do this while having sex? How to get a better feel for controlling both sides of the kegels.
I’ll have my partner over tonight to give it a try with oral and sex.
