Hey everyone! My roommate and I are in our late twenties and looking for a row home in the NoMa area. We need at least two bedrooms (preferably of equal size)and two bathrooms, with two bedrooms being non-negotiable. We’re hoping to move in on August 1st for a year long lease (happy to negotiate a longer lease) and are flexible on rent up to $3,600 a month.
