I’m a 17yo female, and recently, my mom suddenly stopped talking to me. This happened when I was already under a lot of stress from high school and the college application process. I spent my entire day studying, barely seeing or speaking to any of my family members. When I tried to talk to my mom, she would dismiss me, saying she didn’t care about me and look away. For my own mental health, I decided to ignore it. However, just today, my older sister suddenly barged in and started accusing me of hurting my mom. She claimed that my mom was stressed and that I only talked to my dad. She even said that I don’t talk to her or my entire family anymore. Funny because two days ago, we were out together. Also said that I switched my sleep schedule just to avoid seeing them.
And that month my mom called out many hurtful names to me.
