Hi, I’m considering opening a wellness bar in Wrocław - think smoothies with protein, collagen, adaptogens, superfoods, maybe a small concept store with wellness products. I know this format exists in Warsaw and Western Europe but I don’t see anything like it here. A few honest questions: -Would you actually go to a place like this? -What would you be willing to pay for a drink? (200-400ml) Would location matter a lot to you — city centre vs student area? Not trying to sell anything, genuinely trying to understand if there’s demand before investing. Brutal honesty appreciated
