Company A or Company B?
I've been working for a big company here in the PH (Company A) for almost three years, but the challenge is the lack of job security. Until now, project-based pa rin ako and regularization is constantly delayed, even though they keep promising it month after month.
Fortunately, I received a job offer from Company B with double the salary. Goods naman sana yung environment code sa current company ko, but honestly, I don't feel valued anymore due to the lack of stability.
Tomorrow, Company A will talk to me for an offer of regularization but it doesn't meet the salary for company b. They want me to consider all the benefits that I'll be receiving once I get the regularization but they couldn't give me date when is the effectivity. Should I consider company A or just make a new beginning to company B?
