We're expanding our sales team in Lahore for a US construction services company and the commission structure is worth paying attention to.

Average deal size: $5,000. Goes up to $50,000. Your commission: 6% to 10% of that. In USD. On top of a base salary in PKR.

That's anywhere from $300 to $5,000 per closed deal — just for making the introduction. The closing happens on our end. You just need to get the right person on the line and hand it off.

The role:

• Outbound cold calls to US contractors and builders
• Working from our office in Township, Lahore
• Shift: 6PM to 3AM PKT (US timings)
• Full-time, on-site

What you need:

• Strong, fluent English — this is non-negotiable
• Some cold calling or BPO experience
• Comfort with night shifts and a performance-driven environment
