I consulted a derma today and sabi niya, androgenic alopecia daw yung case ko (link for the original post)

Niresetahan ako ng 1mg finasteride pero sobrang pricey. nasa 60 isa and I don’t think I can sustain this in the long run. Kaya I am thinking to switching to the 5mg one kasi nababasa ko here na mas mura siya.

Questions ko are:

1. Gaano kadali icut yung 5mg na finasteride?
2. Since everyday ang recommendation ni doc na pagtake ko ng fin, ok lang ba na magtake ng 1/4 nung 5mg on a daily basis?
3. Sa situation ng hair ko (nasa photo on the original post), need ko pa ba ipair with minoxidil and fin or should I stick muna with fin?
