i am trying to transfer a ticket for a concert on the 12th via AXS. They always said that ticket transfer would become available on the 5th, so yesterday. When I try to transfer it via the website, I always get an error message. When I look at my ticket on the AXS app, transfer isn't even available, I'd only be able to sell the ticket. Does anyone have the same issue? Or has AXS transfer already worked for someone here for the Conan Gray show on the 12th in London? thanks!
