Weird foot problems / Unsure if its corn , warts again or scars

-I've had a history of warts/corn on my feet, which took several months to take care of.
-I run alot , which may be one of the reasons why i formed warts/corn.
What worked exactly was povidone for 2 weeks after using salicyclic acid for months wouldn't work .
-One foot seems to be ringworm or something else, but it isn't painful (except for a small cut which is a result of dry skin). The other is the one I'm concerned may be growing warts.
-If anybody has any advice on how to get BOTH removed without medical attention (personal reasons) , it'd be deeply appreciated.
