Ab/core exercises for EXTREMELY weak core

So after probably 15 years of doing zero exercise and sitting and lying all day everyday, I've just started doing Zumba almost 2 months ago and I added some home workouts with light dumbbells and pilates to help me strengthen my nonexistent muscles.

The problem is that I'm having a really hard time doing certain exercises and I think one of the reasons is my weak core. A lot of the time my upper back or my lower back starts to hurt depending on the exercise although I try my best to keep a good form.

When it comes to ab exercises, I simply cannot do almost any of them, because they're all too much for me or they hurt my back. I can't hold a plank, I can't do any kind of leg raises etc. when lying on my back, I can't do a sit up. When trying to follow those beginner friendly ab workout videos on youtube, I can't.

I can only do those little crunches and heel touches, but are there some other exercises I could try? Perhaps something gentle for the back?

Edit. Thanks everyone for the help! Many were worried if I'm going to get medical help with the burn. The burn happened a week ago and I was told by a pharmacist that I can take care of it at home, so I trusted them and I have been keeping it clean and using sterile wound dressings. Although as I was starting to think it might be deeper than I first thought, I did decide to go to the hospital which is where I am going tomorrow. It took me quite a while to realise that, because of the lack of information available in my language on the internet (I am not american as some of you thought lol). I should have gone sooner, I know.

About the tattoo, the reason I was asking about it was because I actually hope it would go away, I absolutely hate it lol. So I'm not worried about my tattoo at all, I was just interested to hear your opinions.

Will this burn do damage to my tattoo?

I got hot sugar on my hand, don't know how deep the burn is, but it's not painful and I don't feel it much, so I think the nerve endings might be damaged and that the burn is deep.
