Has anyone who ordered the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ from Amazon.de received any new information recently?

I placed my order on June 23, 2026, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted Amazon a few times, but the estimated dates/information keep changing and I still don’t have any real update.

Has anyone here:

• Ordered around June 23 or later and already received theirs?
• Had their order dispatched recently?
• Gotten a new estimated delivery/dispatch date from Amazon.de?
• Heard anything about when Amazon Germany is expecting the next batch?

Especially interested in Amazon.de orders, not other German retailers.

I received update from Amazon, but unfortunately it wasn’t good:

>“Your shipment is delayed. We’re encountering a delay in delivering your order. We’ll make every effort to get the delayed items to you as soon as possible.”

A few days ago, the estimated delivery date was August 10. Now customer support is telling me the “original estimated delivery date” is September 7–10.

This was their exact response:

>“After checking I found that some item located in different warehouses so it take some time to be deliver and I can see that the original estimated delivery is September 7 - September 10.”

They also suggested that I cancel the order and place a new one, which makes absolutely no sense because the item is currently out of stock.

Honestly, Amazon chat support has become terrible. The agents give conflicting information, change the dates, and sometimes it feels like they don’t even understand what I’m asking.

I ordered the MSI Claw 8 EX on June 23, and I still have no clear idea when it will actually be shipped.

I was wondering if anyone has any information or has heard anything about the shipping timeline for the MSI Claw 8 EX AI+ Launch Pack From Amazon Germany.

I placed my preorder on June 23rd (launch day), but I haven’t received any shipping update or estimated delivery date yet.

Has anyone who ordered on June 23 already had their order shipped? Or has MSI or your retailer given you an estimated stock or shipping date
