
Fidelity has been horrible this week. Multiple tech issues. Called customer services 3 times this week and instead of giving me solutions/timeline for fixes, I had one customer rep ask me midway through me describing a technical issue with the charting option not working (see screen shot) - "Hey, I noticed you don't have a beneficiary on one of your accounts. Would you like to add one?" Really? I am having glitches across multiple Fidelity platforms and you are asking me about a beneficiary???
Issues this week:
MacOS app - chart window will just go black and not show anything after the app is open for 5+ hours. Closing the app and logging back in resolves this.
MacOS app - the orders window has gone black multiple times - doesn't show anything. Closing the app and logging back in resolves this.
MacOS app - on Monday it wouldn't allow me to login at all. Known issue they said when I called. It was fixed on Tuesday.
Trader+ Web - charting option doesn't work 50% of the time. See screen shot. Terrible.
Trader+ Web - will just glitch out when switching between tabs and result in a "Fidelity.com unavailable" message with some Akamai reference number.
Using Firefox and Mac that have all been updated.
u/Fidelity - please fix these glitches asap. And please don't ask me to use Chrome (which you have over the phone) or a different computer. Your software should work across all major OS and browsers. Full stop.
