Anyone else get hypomanic after starting new medication?

I am changing to a new medication and am feeling more energized. I have been on three kinds of medication so far and have noticed each time when I start I feel like this and am completing tasks and making plans again, but then I dip back into depression mode. I don’t know if it is just my mind being optimistic and think “this time will work!” Or it’s just my body adjusting to the new med but I don’t know. Does anyone else get like this after starting a new medication?

Are all djinn evil?

I am not very knowledgable about Islamic history and only have a working understand from pop culture and a few Muslim friends I have had in the past. Something that has fascinated me is about djinn and how many Muslims insist that there are no such things as ghosts, fairies, or other spirits and that they are all djinn. This is interesting to me because in my culture we can be contacted by our dead relatives and can reach out to them when we need to. We have shrines to ancestors and welcome them back to Earth once a year in November. However, what I read from Muslim comments is that these are not our relatives but djinn trying to trick us. But I have also read that not all djinn are evil. Some are neutral and some may try to help humans. I guess my question is, is djinn a catchall term for these spirits, and if so why fear them?

TIA for all answers.
