Hey r/OverwatchUniversity
I’m Nickyisonfire, I like to teach OW concepts I’ve learned from Solo Q.
I made a guide on Sierra and wanted to break down the 4 rules that helped her feel way easier to play..
1. Tracking Dart is her main ability
Use it when enemies commit, overextend, or spend mobility. Don’t just throw it at the first person you see.. it isn't soj rail unfortunately..
2. Play midrange
Close enough to pressure, far enough that you don’t instantly die. If enemies have ults or can hard push, back up.
3. Grapple in, grapple out
Use grapple to take angles, high ground, or quick peeks, then use the anchor drone to escape. Just make sure you still have LOS.. abusing this makes a difference.
4. Ult when enemies can’t leave
Her ult feels inconsistent in open space, so I like using it on rotations, tight areas, objectives, or things like Lifeweaver Tree.. (ESPECIALLY LIFE WEAVER TREE ITS CRAZY)
Here’s the video, hope it helps 😄
