Hi all,

We're travelling over from Ireland to the DFW area for 6 nights before heading south to Austin.

We have had a look at some of the tourist stuff but I'm keen to get a locals view of what are the must see/do things whilst we're in the area.

For context, we enjoy craft beer/good food, music (country/rock/EDM), cars (modified & classic), good views, comedy and good conversation.

Staying 3 nights jn Dallas (Wed, Thurs, Fri) & 3 nights in Fort Worth (Sat, Sun, Mon). We have already booked a rodeo for the Sunday in Fort Worth and will look to catch a SMU game on the Saturday.

Appreciate any insights you're happy to offer!

Hi all,

We're coming to visit (from Ireland) in October and looking for some advice in relation to where we stay.

We currently have an Airbnb booked for 3 nights near sundance square in Fort Worth and 2 nights in the Deep Ellum area, however I'm thinking of maybe staying in one of these for the entire duration.

Could you offer some advice/pointers?

Bonus points if you want to add some points of interests/things to do.
