Open to constructive feedback

A few months ago, I posted here asking, Does it even look like I "workout"?

The responses were... mixed. 😅 Some people called me a lizard, some said my physique looked decent, others said I just looked weak, and quite a few pointed out that I looked like I skipped leg day.

I took the criticism seriously. Since then, I've increased my protein intake, put a lot more focus on training my lower body, and started working on my abs too (although I haven't been very consistent with that yet).

These photos show my results over the last few months. I know I still have a long way to go, but I'd genuinely appreciate some constructive feedback. What has improved, what still needs work, and what should I focus on next?

Thanks!

Does it even look like I workout?

I eat around 1500 calories most days with ~80g protein, moderate carbs/fats, strength train 5-6x a week, walk 10k steps daily + evening walks, don’t drink or smoke, and sleep 8 hours every night. I rarely eat out too.

Over time this lifestyle actually helped me reverse a lot of my PCOS symptoms, my periods are finally regular again and my headaches have reduced significantly. I also take omega-3, magnesium, vitamin D3 daily, and currently iron supplements since my bloodwork showed low iron.

But despite all this effort, people still call me “weak” when they look at me. Sometimes I wonder .... does it even look like I work out at all?

Anyone else relate to this?
