How to navigate burnout

I’m currently experiencing burn out. I took FAR once and failed so now I’m studying it again and I’m just struggling to keep going. My motivation is very low and sometimes when I sit down to study I’m only able to sit for a few minutes before feeling overwhelmed and just turn my laptop off. I want to keep going and not give up yet because I’m invested so much time and money already into this but I’m struggling to keep going and sometimes I think about giving up. Anyone else go through this? How did you get out of the slump?

Hello all!
So I bought this uni JETSTREAM pen because I saw a people recommending it as a good quality multicolor pen. And it works great on regular paper. But I’m studying for the CPA exam and writing a bunch of notes on notecards and this pen doesn’t seem to like notecards as the ink keeps skipping and it’s driving me nuts. Anyone recommend a good quality multicolor pen that writes good on notecards?
