Tried to access all my previous CTOS report but no longer available

Checked with CTOS support, they said its affecting all user and all past report is gone.

Is this reasonable? How can this happend to such a big company?

Can i verify with u guys if all ur past report no longer accessible

Assuming it is banjir separuh or tenggelam habis

i know as a victim we are really no direction but how ? especially if car still new and owing bank a lot money
