Pretty much as the title says. I personally believe the one free chance deal we get, when a new pack is released, shud be a permanent thing, even after the 1 bill campaign is over.

Now, yes. im saying this cause i got really lucky with them, getting lampard from the national legends, and the mokhthar dahiri too. But in general, its just a nice thing.
