Okay I gotta put y’all on 💌

I just watched this show from CandyJar (Olivia Rose Williams & Carter Harvey) and omg this was SUCH a good watch ♡

Their chemistry? Insane. No awkward stiff acting, no cringe forced drama, and no annoying villain/bullying scenes dragging everything out (thank God 😭)

Also, I feel like I’ve only seen Olivia as a second lead before, but here she’s a main character and I love that for her!

And Carter… idk this man but he’s GOOD and hot so yeah, I’m
seated. I need more of them together ♡

That’s it, go watch it rn !! ♡

Lately I’ve fallen into a rabbit hole of vertical shorts and I’m curious what app everyone is using the most :)

Mine would be ReelShort, DramaBox, and CandyJar.

I started with ReelShort and DramaBox because they kept popping up on my feed. At first I couldn’t take them seriously. The acting, especially from side characters, can be really cringe and the plots get repetitive. Still, they’re my go to when I want something quick, dramatic, and easy to binge. They’re also easy to find on Dailymotion and other sites.

Recently I started watching CandyJar and it feels really different. The production quality is better, the cinematography looks more polished, and the acting feels more natural. Even the line delivery stands out. One actor that got me hooked is Joseph Purcell.

The downside is CandyJar doesn’t really do intense steamy scenes like ReelShort or DramaBox and it’s harder to find outside the app.

So yeah, what are you guys using the most?

Hi! May I ask magkano na naging dagdag sa tricycle fare from when the price hike happened? This week kasi nag-increase ulit yung singil sakin, which is weird kasi hindi ba nag roll back na yung fuel?

For context, from Waltermart to our house, ₱60 dati tapos naging ₱70 na. (Matagal na nilang dinagdag yung ₱10, around the time na tumataas talaga yung fuel prices.)

Pero from Robinsons Mall, ₱80 dati tapos this week I was charged ₱100. Na-experience ko siya mismo nitong Monday lang. I would understand if ₱10 lang yung increase, pero ₱20 feels a bit much, especially considering na may rollback na nga that same week.

Nagtanong din ako sa neighbor ko and ₱90 lang daw siningil sa kanya kanina for the same route. So parang iba iba talaga yung singil depending sa driver. Do they actually follow a standard fare matrix, or wala talaga?

And please lang, unahan ko na din, kung sasabihin niyo lang is “mag jeep ka na lang,” please don’t even bother to reply kasi walang direct jeep from Robinsons Mall na dadaan to our subdivision and hindi rin realistic maglakad, it would take you an hour or more.

Also, let’s be honest, kahit bumaba na ang gas from its peak, minsan di na rin bumabalik sa dating pamasahe, parang naiwan na lang yung dagdag.

Hi! I’m currently a 3rd year BS Psychology student, and I’ve been thinking a lot about my career path lately.

To be honest, I don’t really see myself going into the clinical psychology field. Because of that, I’ve been wondering if it’s still necessary for me to take the Psychometrician board exam (BLEPP). I’m a bit worried that I might be at a disadvantage if I don’t, especially compared to those who are licensed.

At the same time, I’ve been seeing posts from registered psychometricians saying that opportunities can be limited and the pay isn’t always that great, which is why some end up shifting to other fields. Even some of my professors say that it’s hard to grow financially in psychology unless you pursue further studies or specialize.

Right now, I’m leaning more toward the HR field and planning to take the CHRA exam instead. I’ve already talked to my parents about it, and they’re okay with me not taking the BLEPP as long as I take CHRA. Still, since I’m only in my 3rd year, I want to make sure I’m making a well-informed decision.

I’d really appreciate hearing honest insights, especially from those with experience. I’m not necessarily looking for agreement, just real perspectives. Thank you!
