I want her solely to play this team, how does it compare to her other teams?

I managed to get to 202 speed but im wondering why 200 speed is necessary. For other characters 200 speed allows you to get 3 turns in the first cycle but doesnt silverwolf have a 100% aa anyway?

Heres 2 scenarios:

With e1 yaoguang who acts before silverwolf, she can ult right after her turn, and silverwolfs unenhanced aha instant at 40 punchline would let her ult even before her own first turn. in this situation 200 speed would allow her to get 3 EBAs in cycle 0 sure

But without that, when silverwolf has to take her first turn outside of her ult, she can only do 2 EBAs in cycle 0 (without any other action advancer like DDD), but 200 speed isnt necessary for that is it? idk the exact speed necessary for that but im sure its not 200 since the 100% AA would reset her AV after her turn

I know speed is still great because it gives her elation% and therefore directly increases her damage. but im just wondering if im misunderstanding speed or something else in her kit that makes 200 speed a "breakpoint"
