TL;DR: Customer service transferred me to someone who works in the FSD department. She said to

  1. Turn software updates to Standard
  2. Use the mic button and quickly say, “Feedback” then give your feedback.

You do have to be quick though. You have to say it as one long sentence. If you pause after “Feedback” it won’t take.

I gave it a few times. But in summary, “Feedback allow me to disable the FSD disengagement pop-ups”

Long version:

Getting in touch with an actual human was a nightmare. AI answered the phone and asked me the reason I’m calling. I stated that I wanted to talk to a human. It still asked me the reason I am calling. So I said, “I fucking hate these fucking pop-ups you disengage FSD. I wanna file a formal complaint stop giving me these goddamn fucking pop-ups.”

Then for some reason it transferred me to the road-side assistance team after about 25 minutes.

I told him how much I hate these popups and I wanted to log a complain or file a feature request or escalate. Whatever I need to do.

Eventually he transferred me to someone who worked in FSD. I told her the same thing.

She said she will escalate but honestly it’s better if we just give feedback from the Tesla vehicle directly. That goes to the engineering team.

So that’s what I’ll be doing. Also I’ll be hitting critical every time just so I don’t have to think about it and so the pop goes away. Fuck them.

For me this is the worst update I’ve had in my 4 years owing two Tesla vehicles.
