Housing on Studentenwerk
Hello every one!! My name is Juan and im a Colombian university student and im planning an exchange semester for winter, I have applied for housing with Studentenwerk for the city of Erlangen, i have received an email in which I confirmed my application and then I got redirected to Studentenwerk's web page and shown a message saying "We have recieved your application". However, today I was trying to take a look at my application via the link sent to me by email (it says revise your application), and i get a message that concerns me a little bit, because it says my application could not be found. Any of you guys know if this is normal or should I be worried about it? Other thing im curious about is when Studentenwerk is suppoused to resolve on my application, i ask this because no specific time interval was given to me in which I should expect a response regarding my application to accommodation.
I would be inmensly grateful if anyone can share their experiences in this matter with me so I know what to expect and what not to expect. Thanks guys
