long time lurker of the sub, and wanted to get some feedback from those who do a lot of running.
I run 40-50 miles a week and lift 4 times a week. I am looking for some peptides to improve recovery and assist with ligaments.
my scale at home says 17% body fat, 6’2 196 Lbs.
I want to lean out so I thought Reta titrating up to 3mg a week.
I also thought HGH to promote sleep and recovery.
Not on TRT but after reading this sub I feel like I should be.
I appreciate any feedback other experienced peptide users may have.
