I recently got my b1 visa approved but it's annotated date of approval 13 August and of expiry 11 nov 2026. It's single entry 3 months visa. But my stay would be 20 days longer than 11 November. How to address this. I have to book my return ticket now, what date should i select for my departure from US while booking ticket.

Hey all, could anyone please guide me on the immunization requirement for usce at UTHealth Houston. Do I need to get a medical clearance certificate signed by a physician or would I be requiring titers/shots of each mentioned infection?
