Hey so im 19F and I got diagnosed with GERD and Mild Gastritis back in early January but have been dealing with it since early December. However, I have healed since I can basically eat whatever I want now, and I haven’t had acid reflux for over 2 months. However, my throat is still producing mucus and is still irritated and I am not sure what to do or how long it takes for that to heal. I don’t think it is necessarily silent acid reflux either, but sometimes the mucus does get worse randomly or pools and ik it does definitely get worse when i keep forcefully hacking it up.
