Which mod is better?

Hi all. Need some help. Trying to work out which mod is better?
(1) Ore Classifier with 25% off smelting prices? or
(2) Incubation Suite with 10% crafting prices?

I assume there is a good argument for each? If so what is the use case for each? Appreciate your thoughts and comments.
