Noticed the same product, same size (UK 10.5), now listed on Culture Circle's site at ₹15,079 with **next-day Culture Circle fulfilment** to my pincode — a fulfilment option that did not exist when I ordered, and now ₹300 cheaper than what I paid. Sent a detailed email to support. Auto-acknowledged, marked "escalated to relevant team," 24–48 hour response promised.
* **12 May:** WhatsApp support said delivery would happen 13 May.
* **13 May (today):** Still not shipped. WhatsApp sent a generic script: "Shipping timeline is 7–10 working days, seller sends to our team for authentication, tracking link 24–48 hours after shipment." This was never the commitment on my order page — the order page committed to shipping by 7 May. No actual shipment date provided.
**The frustrating part:** Culture Circle is actively selling the exact same SKU in the exact same size at a lower price with next-day fulfilment to my pincode *right now*. So stock and fulfilment capability clearly exist. They just aren't applying any of it to my 7-day-old paid order.
**What I'm asking for:**
Convert my order to next-day Culture Circle fulfilment to 110048 (you're already offering this to new buyers), OR
Full refund of ₹15,379 processed today so I can re-order through the next-day option before stock runs out — the listing currently shows "98% claimed."
