Wifi (prepaid/pocket wifi) suggestions and opinions please
Hi! Currently renting po now and 1 year contract lang po ako here and I’ll go back na sa family house. I need an internet talaga na No Lock Up or portable that’s also good for WFH (i’m a graphic designer so heavy user ako)
So I applied for GFiber Prepaid 999 and guess what 🤡 delayed ng 3 days ang installation (pahirapan talaga and we messaged different agents mapa installan lang). Nung nainstall wala pa ring internet dahil hindi nag rereflect yung free 30 days sa GlobeOne app. Dahil daw sa “system” or globe mismo ang problem, as per the technician & Globe rin mismo since pumunta kami sa store to get it settled sana. So ayun sabi reported na daw sa head nila and if ever need daw talaga ng internet, I can load naman daw and yung free 30 days will add na lang pag okay na. So ayun nag load ako and ayon nga hindi rin nag reflect 💀 At this point, all I wanted to do was cancel na lang talaga. But we went back sa store to let them know what happened. They said ayusin daw nila sa back end and they will fix it before 3am. (I loaded 8pm? Went back sa store 8:30pm ish) Okay we decided to wait talaga til the next day. Now it’s 2pm
of the next day and still nothing. I’m tired of them.
Now, I’m currently checking some pocket wifi, yung ZTE F50 Pro. We live in 5G covered area naman (Smart & Globe). Should I get this ba + Smart sim (for Unli 5G) or would a rocket sim be better?
It seems a little expensive rin pala for me kasi 4.5K for the wifi alone. If you have cheaper suggestion, please let me know po.
Also, I find it difficult to trust PLDT & Converge dahil baka magaya lang rin sa Globe. Payment first tapos everything is delayed, CS are robots, and store staffs don’t have solutions.
