Hi, i have a son with special needs who is 10 and a 6 year old daughter. I have flown several airlines with them and never had to worry about this - including southwest! we pay to be seated together and did that with southwest. but now it seems like i have a 1/3 change of being split from my kids. can i call and explain the situation and how we need to sit together? i will be using tsa cares for my son. is there something to do to prevent this from happening in our circumstances? i put my baby 6 year old next to my husband and im seated next to my special needs son. he doesn’t need medical equipment, he is just autistic with anxiety.
