Hi everyone, I got my Smart Band 9 Pro two days ago and I noticed the sleep tracking seems completely inaccurate. It only shows around 1–2 hours of sleep even though I actually slept about 8 hours.
I already checked the settings and all sleep related features are turned on. I also wear the band properly during the night.
Is this normal during the first few days of use, or is something wrong with my device? Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a way to fix it?
