Hello,
I need some help with my MSI Katana V17 B13V power adapter connector size.

I’m looking for a USB-C to DC barrel plug adapter, but I can’t figure out the exact dimensions of the charging pin. My charger is 200W, and there’s no information written on it about the connector size.

I wanted to buy a 5.5×2.5mm adapter, but I’m not sure if that’s correct. Some people say the inner pin is 2.5mm, while others claim it’s 3.0mm.

Does anyone know the exact DC connector size for this laptop or can confirm which adapter would work?

Hey, does anyone know what could cause this?

Whenever I open Spotify, my whole PC freezes for a few seconds. It mostly happens when launching the app. Sometimes it also happens with Opera too.

Laptop: MSI Katana 17 B13V

I’m also using 3 external monitors connected through 3× HDMI.

Things I already tried:

• disabling hardware acceleration,
• restarting the PC,
• updating the apps,
• changing the multi-display setting in NVIDIA Profile Inspector,

but the issue still happens.

Could this be related to drivers, GPU/multi-monitor setup, SSD, Windows, or something else?
Has anyone had a similar problem or found a fix?
