Exams + stress are messing up my sleep lately, and I’m thinking about trying those melatonin gummy bears just to fall asleep faster.

Do they actually help you knock out quickly? And more importantly, is waking up easy or do you feel groggy? I don’t want to end up sleeping for too long during exam period

Would love to hear your experiences or any advice
