Pushed a recep back in a box with one hand on the bottom of recep and the other on the hot. Made up the whole recep live without knowing it was hot (dumb I know). Shock went up my arm through my chest down the other arm and held me for like 2-3 seconds. Didn’t really hurt just vibration. Pulse seems a bit off like (up and down pace, heavy then lighter) and my hands and arms were stiff and numb for a bit. Wondering if I should go to the doctors. Been hit with 120 through my fingers before and no biggie but this seems like it could have fucked with my heart. I know yall aren’t doctors but just want some opinions on what yall have done in the past
