Is this normal in Coles bakery training?

Hi, I recently started working at Coles in a different department.

My manager suggested I try helping in the bakery as well to get more shifts, so I went there to learn.

But the person training me only demonstrated once, then expected me to do it quickly. When I wasn’t perfect, they seemed impatient and kept rushing me.

They also kept asking things like “can you do it or not?” which felt a bit stressful, especially since it was my first time and I wasn’t even officially working in bakery yet.

I understand bakery can be fast-paced, but I’m just wondering — is this kind of training normal in Coles bakery? Or is it more about the individual trainer?
