Dont use Zepto guys
Today I ordered Amul toned milk from zepto and as soon as it got delivered I opened it and found out that it was curdled so I recorded a video and took a few photos and contacted them via mail but they denied the refund and said it's shelf life was fine and it was ordered well, external factors like temperature might have affected it even though I opened it within 2 mins after the delivery. Just tell me zepto what was my fault here what did I do wrong except using ur app?
