Hi,

I'm looking for advice, I am on my 2nd round of IVF and I just had my first scan of this cycle and only had 4 follicles. This is my 5th day of stims (400iu pergoveris). My dominant one is currently 15mm and the other 3 are currently 8mm or below. Dr advised either cancelling this cycle or upping dosage in hopes the others catch up but could miss the boat with my dominant follicle.

I have low AMH and not sure it would ever get better in the future so I am just lost.

What would you do in the situation?

Context to add: I'm uk based and paying privately so will never be able to afford to do IVF again.
