Hey yall, me and two other guys are looking to get a house in the area and need a 4th after our buddy dropped out. Very nice house, great backyard and good rent price. We’re 3 freshly out of college guys so we like to have fun and drink on the weekends.

You would be getting the master bedroom, $900/month plus utilities we would be splitting evenly. Double closets and your own bathroom.
